Account manager

JOB Descriptions:

  • Responsible for account management including strategy formulation, customer relationship management, opportunity identification and deal closing.
  • Present Gemalto Product Portfolio to key accounts.
  • Manage existing customers to develop partnerships within telecommunications and banking industries for the region.
  • Increase market share, revenue and margin in-line with quarterly and yearly objectives.
  • Implement a reliable 6 month forecast in order to ensure delivery.
  • Responsible for commercial operations such as pricing negotiation, contract signing and collection.
  • Business plan of a set of costumers in the region mainly focused on revenue generation.
  • Products and services strategies for that set of accounts.
  • Coordination of the different internal groups of Gemalto in order to fulfill the business plan.
  • Definition, coordination and reparation of commercial proposals and integrate technical proposals with other internal groups
